Javant’s health journey began nearly 20 years ago when he was prediabetic, prehypertensive, and facing a personal health scare that led him to discover the transformative power of nutrition. He lost 80 pounds and continued nourishing his way to better health through dedicated self-study and research. Following years of commitment to understanding nutritional science, Javant became certified through Dr. Fuhrman’s Nutritarian Education Institute as both a coach and cook.
Three years ago, Javant launched Healthy Vegan Eating, an online platform where he shares health information and plant-based recipes designed to empower others on their wellness journeys. All of his recipes are minimally processed and completely free of oil, wheat, and refined sugar. Earlier this year, he expanded his impact by launching the Healthy Vegan Lifestyle App—a comprehensive tool that supports people through what he calls “the four pillars of health”: nutritious diet, regular exercise, healthy sleep habits, and a positive mindset.
Javant has just completed his first cookbook, “Make Your Own,” featuring over 120 whole food, plant-based recipes. The cookbook serves as a resource to provide people with healthier versions of their favorite foods, empowering them to transition to healthier eating habits. “Make Your Own” will be available for presale everywhere books are sold beginning at the end of September, representing the culmination of his two-decade journey from illness to wellness advocacy.
